Jurnal Ilmu Fisika (JIF) is devoted to advancing the frontiers of physics through transparency and openness in our publication process. In line with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)'s Core Practices, our policy is designed to foster trust, reproducibility, and verifiability in scientific research.

Open Access:

JIF operates under an open access model, ensuring that all articles are freely available to the public. We believe that free dissemination of research results contributes to a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Data Sharing:

We encourage authors to share their data, methods, and materials or to provide access to them in a public repository. Authors should include a data availability statement in their manuscripts detailing where and how the underlying data can be accessed.

Code Sharing:

For computational studies, JIF expects authors to provide the code or algorithms that support their findings, unless there are compelling reasons not to.

Standards of Reporting:

JIF adheres to the highest standards of reporting scientific research. Authors are expected to follow reporting standards and guidelines relevant to their research field.

Peer Review Process:

The journal employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring the anonymity of both authors and reviewers, which upholds the integrity of the review process.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure:

All authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.

Correction and Retraction Policy:

JIF has clear policies for the correction, retraction, and expression of concern related to published content. We are committed to the integrity of our scholarly record.

APC Waiver for Accessibility:

To ensure economic barriers do not prevent the publication of valuable work, JIF offers waivers for Article Processing Charges (APCs) to authors in need.

Continuous Improvement:

We are committed to continuously improving our practices to meet the evolving standards of transparency and openness in the scientific community.
