Abstract

Telah dilakukan analisis data gempa vulkanik gunungapi Marapi Sumatera Barat dari tahun 2000 sampai tahun 2006 untuk menentukan besarnya nilai intensitas, posisi episenter, hiposenter dan tingkat keaktifan. Data yang digunakan adalah data dengan skala magnitudo ≥ 1 SR. Perhitungan intensitas maksimum dan intensitas menggunakan model empiris Gutenberg Richter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daerah Koto Baru, Batusangkar, Bukittinggi memiliki intensitas maksimum 5,1 MMI, nilai intensitas 5,09 MMI dan nilai intensitas maksimum rata-rata 2,82 MMI, 2,82 MMA dan 2,81 MMI. Perbedaan intensitas sangat kecil karena jarak ketiga daerah tersebut terhadap pusat gempa terlalu kecil. Posisi episenter umumny tersebar di puncak gunung, sebagian di pinggang gunung dan daerah pemukiman penduduk. Hiposenter berkisar antara 1 sampai 30 km. Keaktifannya meningkat pada bulan Juni dan Juli kecuali tahun 2004 pada bulan Oktober, November, Desember keaktifannya meningkat karena dipengaruhi gempa tektonik di Gunung Rajo

7. Royalties

This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JIF or its sublicensee.

8. Miscellaneous

JIF will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed and JIF or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
