Prediksi Konsentrasi Co2 pada Cerobong Asap dari Rencana Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin dan Gas (PLTMG) Duri

PT. PLN Persero Pekanbaru Riau merencanakan pembangunan PLTMG Duri yang berlokasi di Desa Balai Pungut, Kecamatan Pinggir, Kabupaten Bengkalis. Bahan bakar yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan tersebut adalah minyak solar High Speed Diesel (HSD) dan gas alam Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) yang merupakan bahan bakar fosil yang dapat menghasilkan beberapa zat salah satunya adalah karbon dioksida (CO2). CO2 merupakan FE (Faktor Emisi) terbesar yang dihasilkan dari bahan bakar LNG dan HSD. Untuk mengetahui konsentrasi CO2 di atmosfer maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan model dispersi Gaussian dan menggunakan data meteorologi tahun 2012 yang diperoleh dari Bandar Udara Pinang Kampai Dumai (BUPKD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi gas emisi CO2 sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor meteorologi. Nilai konsentrasi CO2 maksimum dari bahan bakar LNG terjadi pada bulan Nopember dan Desember pada titik koordinat 800 m dari cerobong asap yaitu 285,77 µg/m3 dan 284,62 µg/m3 secara berurutan. Begitu pula nilai konsentrasi CO2 dari bahan bakar HSD, nilai konsentrasi maksimum juga terjadi pada bulan Nopember dan Desember yaitu 2127,31 µg/m3 dan 2118,78 µg/m3. Pada stabilitas atmosfer A pada bulan juni, gas emisi CO2 maksimum menyebar pada jarak 300 m dari cerobong, sedangkan pada stabilitas atmosfer C pada bulan Nopember dan Desember menyebar pada jarak 800 m dari cerobong. bahwa semakin besar kecepatan angin, konsentrasi maksimum polutan semakin dengan jarak sebaran semakin kecil.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JIF or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JIF will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed and JIF or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
