Rancang-Bangun Sistem Kontrol Solution Shaker Berbasis Mikrokontroler AT89S51 dengan Motor Stepper Sebagai Penggerak

Telah dihasilkan sebuah sistem kontrol solution shaker berbasis mikrokontroler AT89S51 dengan motor stepper sebagai penggerak. Sistem kontrol solution shaker ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pekerjaan di laboratorium terutama di laboratorium Elektronika dan Instrumentasi dalam hal melarutkan PCB. Motor stepper yang digunakan adalah motor stepper tipe TEAC 14769070-30 dengan menggunakan IC ULN2003 sebagai rangkaian penggeraknya. Sistem ini dikontrol dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89S51. Arah putaran motor dan variasi kecepatan putar motor diatur dalam program yang ditulis dalam bahasa C. Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem kontrol solution shaker ini antara lain menghitung kecepatan linier pada saat alat bergerak tanpa beban. Hasil kecepatan linier maksimum solution shaker tanpa beban adalah (12,300 ± 0,014)cm/s pada waktu tunda 80 ms. Sedangkan kecepatan linier minimum tanpa beban adalah (3,740 ± 0,002) cm/s pada waktu tunda 280 ms. Pada saat solution shaker diberi beban sebesar 50 g, maka gup kecepatan linier maksimum yang dihasilkan adalah (12,020 ± 0,014) cm/ s pada waktu tunda 80 ms. Sebaliknya untuk kecepatan linier minimum yang dihasilkan adalah (3,010± 0,002)cm/s pada waktu tunda 280 ms. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap variasi beban,alat ini hanya sanggup bergerak untuk beban sebesar 400 g. Hasil pengukuran kecepatan linier maksimum untuk beban 400 g ini adalah (1,634 ± 0,001)cm/s.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JIF or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JIF will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed and JIF or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JIF may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
