Analisis Trend Paparan Radiasi pada Pemeriksaan Renografi Menggunakan TLD-100 di Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis trend paparan radiasi pada pemeriksaan renografi menggunakan TLD-100 di instalasi kedokteran nuklir RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pemeriksaan fungsi ginjal (renografi) 10 pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas dosis paparan radiasi yang diterima pasien yang menjalani pemeriksaan renografi, memprediksi paparan radiasi pada proyeksi organ jantung, ginjal dan kandung kemih selama pemeriksaan renografi, mengetahui rerata paparan radiasi pada proyeksi jantung, ginjal, dan kandung kemih, serta mengetahui dana menganalisa trend paparan radiasi pada masing-masing organ selama pemeriksaan berlangsung. Data diperoleh dari TLD-100 yang ditempel pada permukaan tubuh pasien selama 45 menit yang disuntik dengan Yc-99m DTPA (Teknesium-99m Diethylene Triamine Pentaacetic Acid) dan diperiksa dengan kamera gamma pada proyeksi jantung, ginjal, dan kandung kemih berturut-turut adalah Y=2,8084X + 3,2749, Y=-0,5296X + 4,3434, dan Y=-2,8413X + 5,1587. Rerata paparan radiasi yang diterima pada organ jantung adalah (0,089 ± 0,0252) mSv/pemeriksaan, ginjal (0,096 ± 0,0406) mSv/pemeriksaan, dan kandung kemih (0,098 ± 0,0303) mSv/pemeriksaan. Dari trend paparan radiasi yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa akumulasi radioaktivitas tertinggi nilainya hingga terkecil terdapat pada kandung kemih, ginjal, dan jantung.

8. Miscellaneous
JIF will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed and JIF or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JIF may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate.
